(3) Contrat d'accueil : rédaction du contrat et de son annexe + signature électronique + mise à disposition du contrat

(4) Assurance : l'assurance privée est prise en charge par la famille et couvre l'assistance juridique + les frais médicaux + le rapatriement

(5) Rematch : un rematch possible dans une autre famille en cours de séjour en cas de problème irrémédiable
