Our French au pairs have a
good level in english and a solid childcare experience.
The au pair program is dedicated to a cultural exchange. By welcoming a French au pair, you will discover the French language but also our way of life. Our au pairs will share our typical passion for food and conviviality !
All our au pairs have at least a high school diploma and a correct level of english to follow conversation. They have checked chidlcare experience (baby sitting, summer camp, training in kidendgarden, teaching...). Please notice that they are not educative professionals. We ask for chidlcare reference and have a personnal interview with our every applicant to guarantee their commitment.
Our au pairs are available for short or long stay (between 1 and 12 months). If you live in Europe, they can join your family between 2 and 6 weeks.
Each of our applicant are validated by BUTRFLY team according 2 points : their childcare experience and their motivation to become au pair. Au Pair BUTRFLY team is fully focused on relational skills and we think that the ablity to each applicant to build a relationship with her host family is key. Beyond practical crirteria, the good match is based on your family and the au pair's personality.
