Butrfly is a platform that connects host families with au pairs. Our goal is to help you find the best au pair match. That's why we propose you to complete your profile with pictures and personal datas as well, because it's important for us to understand who you are and all your criteria your future au pair has to fill in.

With this in mind, we organize an interview with you after your registration. We are listening your requirements and guide you with the process. We let you the choice between different packages according to your needs. Relative to the type of services you want, we assist you throughout the process of the au pair program.

Advices to create a good profile

On your account, don't hesitate to be precise for the au pairs looking at your profile. Most of them have already had an idea about the kind of host family they want, but some ones require more information about you. More details you share on your profile, more time you will save with au pairs don't match with what you want or what they want.

The registration process

As a family, complete your host family profile. Choose your type of support according to your needs. You will then be able to get in touch with the different profiles that interest you via our internal messaging system. Afterwards, if you wish, you can use your personal messaging system to get to know your au pair better.

Once you have made your choice, accept your future au pair on your dashboard to validate the match and notify you that you are no longer actively searching. Once this step is completed, depending on the package you have chosen, you either do the administrative procedures (au pair contract, visa, insurance, etc.) alone with your au pair or host family, or we will accompany you with all the administrative formalities.
